Strength trained for about 25 minutes. Randomn things. Zombie mode. Sleep walking I swear.

Ran 8 miles and my left knee was buggin a little. I did about 6 half mile repeats at a 6:30 pace

16 minutes eliptical.

Say, if it's going to look like grey depressing hell outside, the least it could do is snow down this way. sheesh

Well, I haven't checked the weather online, but my work sent out a big broadcast about waking up a little early so that we don't come in late! lol So I would imagine.
