My legs felt a touchey wouchey sore yesteday as well as today. So I kept it mellow...er um so I thought. Well, on the mileage. Lifted weights for 50 minutes. Then 13 min on the elliptical hell. Then I ran on the dreadmill 4 miles with the last 3 miles speed intervals. I forgot what forced speed feels like. It was kicking me around like a little girl. But this is what I need right now to whip my runner legs back into shape. They remember speed, but my stamina is just not there. I WILL GET IT BACK! And hey. Who wants to join us this sat. at the red hot pink chicks run? Somebody needs to win the coveted rooster and free me of it! lol
