I walked 4 miles up the trail and back. Not counting that mileage obviously since it wasn't running. I can run, but it hurts. So I am resting for 7-8 days. Prayed a bit the first few minutes and felt better. I know my calf will get better.

missed seeing you yesterday, but you were definitely being smart. i think the rest will work wonders and you'll be back with plenty of time to train for UV. take care.
