I remembered last night my daughter had a dentist appointment early, so I would not have time for the escalante cross trail. I lifted weights and did 16 mintes of tabata on the elliptical. Sweaty beyond words. then walked for 40 minutes.

Ah yes, I've heard you can gain a huge amount of endurance from incorporating it into your running a couple times a week. I guess I'll be the judge of that :)
