I really don't have a lot to say in this time because yesterday I decided to stop running for about 15 days to get my calf completely healed. I am planning to (for real this time) make a Dr appt this next week. I don't want to see the regular old family MD, I feel like they don't know what's going on with sports injuries. Any suggestions from bloggers on what kind of Dr. I should see is so appreciated. I don't feel like it's a severe long term injury. It doesn't feel that horrible, but just enough to realize that I need time off for a small chunk of time. I can do 2 weeks right? -though I already had a mini melt down this morning on my way to elliptical hell for an hour. I saw a man running as the sun was just starting to rise. It was so beautiful out and my heart sunk :( I know in my heart my calf will get better these next 2 weeks. Don't ask why, but I just know it. And when it does, I will be a good girl and ease into it. And after doing that for awhile I will come back stronger than ever before. Mark my words....
