I am injured. Totally. My lower right side of my back, were talking really low, almost the top of my glute is totally hurt. I had planned to punch out a 13 miler this morning, but this injury put a halt to that. I barely, BARELY was able to push out this 4 miles. I stopped several times wincing in pain. I am screwed. I need this to heal and get better before spring.So I am going to have to take it easy. I worked out hardcore on the weights today. Probably the hardest I've done since last spring. Felt good.
