7 miles - hard workout. First 30 minutes went like this: incline varied between 2-2.5% for 5 minutes on and 3 minutes off. Speed was progressive, went up 1 blip every 5 minutes. Lots' of things to pay attention to simultaineously while running, sheesh.

Minutes 31-54 were done at a 1.5% incline 1/2 mile repeats at a 6:27 pace. 400 m recovery in between. The sweat, oh the sweat!

17 minutes elliptical hell, of course  :)

Sometimes even though speed is massively hard, it goes by faster because I'm busy pressing the buttons on the TM every few minutes. Good job!
