7 mile river trail run with Rachelle and Merri. Cold, but beautiful and chatty run. Loved it. My Garmin died so I have no idea our avg pace. I love running with people mucho better.

You're getting in some consistant miles, good job! Wish I had someone to run with, sometimes it get pretty boring :-(
