5.3 miles outside. zero calf pain. My legs are just playing games on the days they randomly hurt.

I"m leaving to St. George Friday morning (family lives there). I'm running the Susan g Komen save a sister 5k down there. No expectations please, I don't really know what kind of kick these cute legs o mine have. but as always, I do my best.

Funsies. I've always wanted to run that race, but it's so soon after SGM that we can't afford to go back down. I'm sure you'll do well. Have fun...in the sun...while you run.
