12-12-12 Ran 12 miles! Denny Thorne, Run13 race director asked on Facebook last night if anybody was doing anything whacky for 12-12-12 .So I decided I would run 12 miles today. This was hard and hurt the last 3-4 more miles BAD. I did a ladder speed workout from miles 3.5-7.5 3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1 Legs were hammered and somehow I carried on and ran until I hit the 12 mile cut off. My legs were like spaghetti the last 3 miles so those were 7:53 pace. Overall run time was 1:23
