AM- Technically not a morning run. Waited for the weather to clear up before I went out to do my tempo. The plan was to do 6 mi tempo, but I started to fall apart during the third mile and decided to get through 4 mi and focus on feeling strong and controlled. 5:10 avg for 4 mi. Took a few minutes to catch my breath and finished with a few more miles at quality/steady state pace. 11.7 total.
PM- 4 mi easy. Enjoyed being down in St. George for spring break, even if the weather wasn't ideal. Next weekend will be my first outdoor track race since May 2018 haha, should be exciting!
