Taylor and I ran to the high school to meet Lisa.  Then we did the usual 7 mile loop and then ran back home.  I knew my legs would be tired and they were.  Taylor was able to get an extra mile in by running ahead and coming back for me.  Average pace 8:52.

Sadly no. I still haven't got any new shoes. That's old. I need to do that.
