Met the BBKs at the trail at 9800 S. We warmed up for 4 miles. Then we did a 30 minute tempo run. It was tough. I ran with Cheris and Mike. 4 miles in 30 minutes. Average pace 7:28. Then we ran another 1 1/2 miles with a 5 minute tempo in the middle.
