Some tempo blocks with the team. I mixed in with the young boys, Brooklyn and Brinley, Bryan and Bentley, and then with Pyper. Ran some 200s then cool with freshman boys. 6.01 miles
Some CV 400, 600, or 800 intervals on the track. I jumped from group to group to group. I usually don't like speed workouts but recently I've enjoyed them. Highlight was running with Bryan and Bentley and Katie and Kate. 7 miles
Ran 6 with the girls doing a hill Cicuit. I tried pushing Alli on the downhill. At 10 I went and ran a SGR 5k for my Dad. He signed up then ended up going out of town. He wanted to break 20:20 for his time. I ran a 19:47. I felt pretty good but I could've improved my 2nd mile. I added some extra mileage after the race. 13.28 miles
