I ran on my treadmill today. It was really boring and harder than I expected. I cranked the speed up a couple of times so I kind of did some speed work. I lifted weights too.
I have decided to run on my own for a while. I ran with about 4.3 miles I think around my area. I ran a pretty fast pace!
