Ran from my parents towards Sullivan Park. Jason pulled over and picked me up. Ran 30 with the boys. Nice cool and windy run. Then some striders. Added 2 more miles with Jason down the trail. Then I added another mile as Marieta drove my way to pick me up. Excited for region! 9.41 miles
AM- Woke up early and couldn't go back to bed so I ran my neighborhood 2 mile loop. Then weights and DI loop. 4.02 miles
PM- 35 and 4 200s. Started with varsity boys then ditched them for the girls because Dave and Jason were already with the boys. Had some fun conversations with the girls. Kate did her weird southern accent. 5.55 miles
AM- 8 minute tempo with dirty Carson and the boys. Then 3x2 (race, cv alt) with good efforts from the girls and Gaige. Then 4x1 (race/vo2 alt). I felt fast and the girls were even faster. On the last 400 I tried to pull ahead of everybody with 20 seconds left but Brooklyn and Adri blew by me. Cooled with boys. 5.51 miles
AM- Met up with George. Started Mayors Loop then connected into Kentucky Lucky. Popped down by the school district buses and back into the desert and home. 8.04 miles
PM- Land Hill with Travis. Always good to talk and the miles go by fast. Great route. 6.82 miles
