Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Crazy sandy long run with my Dad. We went out by Gunlock Res.and ran a lot of uphill. Got a new post surgery mile high.
Ran an easy 4, 7:36/mile pace
Ran a good pace with my Dad, 7:33 mile pace.
Ran a pretty decent 7 on the bike trails. Did it at about a 7:36/mile pace.
Boom got 30 miles for the week. Huge step for me and pretty consistent mile paces. Ran a late 6 up Sunrise and down foremaster.
