It was hot during the time I ran, but I PR'd. It was really fun to watch our team do so good. Britton Staheli is a beast! I am his official block holder now. Cedar beat us, but we beat Hurricane so who cares.
As for Baron Davis and the Warriors they might win 1 game, maybe 2. No matter what happpens B-Davis will still have a sweet beard!

I felt like I didn't have much endurance, probably because I haven't 6+ miles for a couple of months. They changed the Kanab course and it was about 20-30 seconds slower than the previous one. I did take 5th though and I beat my Dad. I ran pretty strong behind the top 4 but as the race went one there was a bigger gap in between us. I'm going to take a week break from running now, then get ready for wasatch.
