Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
New Year: Its time for better times and all that good stuff. I ran with my gimpy dad today. We ran from our house to the Pond out by Wal-Mart and back to my house. It was about 4 miles.
Ran out to the Trail by the Virgin River with RJ, Austin, Ruth, FRE, and Coach. On the way back RJ and I just took it pretty easy and talked.
I originally was going to run a 8 miler but I was having stomach problems. So I ran the dog pound run, it was cold today!
