Up Turkey Farm road with 3x8 minute tempos. Started out with top girls, backed off to Alianna for a couple of minutes. Then Marieta ran with her so jumped back up to the top girls. Coach W turned around early with Emmalee. So crew on the way back was Adri, Brook, Elle, and Issa. Good push on tempos. 7.87 miles 

Ran to my parents from parking spot on T Farm. 2.33 miles
