Couldn't pass up on the abandoned golf course while in Vegas. I tried not to look at my watch until a mile split. I found that Aaron Metler consistency doing 3 8:22 miles in a row. Then I picked things up from there with a 7:54, 7:58, 7:38, and 7:26. It was nice just running and trying not to focus on a watch but listen to my body. Added some slower miles while my body broke down. Yesterday I had a hard time seeing things and today my brain is pounding. I can't sneeze or lean forward without my brain blowing up. 10.01 miles
