AM- I had a little cough on Monday so I wanted to test my lungs on my own away from the team. I also felt run down from an eventful weekend. Ran a little bit later with some heat. 9.01 miles 

PM- Faced the heat around 3pm before a family bbq. Marieta picked me up. 3.85 miles
