After a crappy day of work I was about ready to punch everyone in the face. Then much to my relief I arrived at practice to see G-Money hit Jason in the face with a pine cone. Now I know this wasn't probably a good thing but it did put a smile on my face and rasied my spirits. Run was ok....just feel like my IT is a ime bomb. It can flare up at any point. 5.15 miles
