AM- Alpha Test 2. Hit 9 miles on the course with Jacobim. We both wanted to run with PV at 7 so we sacrificed some course miles. Felt really smooth and didn’t force anything. Just let the new shoes take me on a stroll. A dog came out of the darkness to run with me in the last mile. It wasn’t really aggressive but it did scare me so I told it to go home. Probably the last time on the course. Ran 6:27 pace after the first mile. 9.01 miles
AM2- 30/90. Started with the boys for 10+ minutes then did my own side quest. Didn’t run super fast but ran decent on tired legs. Found the boys again for the last 10 minutes. 8.09 miles
