PM- Ran with the youngsters today. Boys ditched me so I ran with Aniston and Addi. Ran parts of the Ally Holt 5K. 1.67 miles
PM2- Had all afternoon to run with Marieta out of town. I was hoping to run 8-11 miles depending on how I was feeling. Unfortunately my left Achilles was bugging me like crazy. I kept running hoping it would loosen up. Luckily I ran into some SGSilverbacks that helped take my mind off my things for the last mile. Still enjoyed the fields where I roast to roam. 6.67 miles
