Morning Practice- I started running at about 6:07 this morning. I ran from my house and did the Arctic Circle run. I like running by myself in the morning in the dark, I stay more relaxed and think about a lot of things.
Afternoon Practice- I thought we were going to do Anarobic Threshold but once I again things changed. We just did an easy run out to the church in Washington. I ran with Jeff most of the way and the last mile I pushed a little harder. I think I have gotten to the point in the season where I feel in shape, but still need to build on it and get a lot faster.
