I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. Sunny, warm, windy day for frisbee. My team played 4 vs 5 for 30 min and got pretty worn out. I had a number of drops and lots of bad throws. Then 4v4 for the game- I was very tired. Still had some bad throws (ones I should have been able to complete) but no more catches. Got to 3-3 when people had to leave, so we did one more point before stopping. Lost 3-4.

Didn't run till lunch. 8 miles on GE trail, then weights. No turkeys or deer, which is normal for mid-day runs. About 4-6 people, though.

Lunch- 5v5 on a beautiful day, with 65 deg temps and sunny, plus a strong breeze. I continued my trend of some dumb and bad throws, but not as bad as recent days. Both teams were making lots of mistakes early, and my team started making a few less by the end. We won 5-2.

AM 10 miles- 2 loops on GE track waiting for it to get lighter, then the rest on GE trail. Felt a bit sluggish and plodding but got it done. 84 minutes. Saw 7 deer, 1 turkey by the trail, and a few more turkeys from a few hundred yards away. Then weight lifted.

Lunch- 70 deg and very humid, overcast, a bit of a breeze. We convinced Tom to play so we had 4vs4. We were making lots of mistakes- I had some terrible throws early, everyone had some drops. We were down 2-0, then scored, but it felt like we were down 3-0 with as many mistakes as we were making. I actually started throwing better, with 1 misfire in the endzone, but Elisha and Julian both dropped one of my throws, and Joe was making tons of bad throws and drops. We finally got it cleaned up a bit when down 3-1. Lots of running by both teams- we scored three straight, then they tied it at 4. We drove all the way down the field, turned it over, then repeated that several times. The other team had a long bomb into the endzone that Kevin dropped, then my team eventually scored for the win. Very tired, nice to win.
