| PM 5 miles in the chilly outside, about 39 minutes. A house is being built about 1.5 miles into my normal run so I'll enjoy the use of a porta potty for a while. Nice.

| Nice day for frisbee. 16 people- my 12 year old daughter played for the very first time and did awesome. My team won 5-2, then lost 2-3, then won 1-0.

| Lunch- I woke up today with bad pain at the back of my right heel, which is strange since it's been a long time since I had any pains there, and I haven't worked out at all since Frisbee on Friday. Decided not to push it, did 40 min elliptical and weights.

| Lunch- I put on a long sleeve shirt but when I stepped out it was sunny and felt good, so I left it at home. 5 minutes into my run the sun disappeared and a breeze picked up. I spent the rest of the run chilled and wishing for that shirt. 7 miles in 57 min

| 5v5 frisbee. My team was a bit outclassed. My energy level was terrible, probably a 3 out of 10. Sluggish. In the game we were down 1-3, tied it 4-4, but lost 4-5. We won the second game 3-1.

| At Dollywood Monday and Tuesday so tons of walking, no runs.
PM- 7v7 frisbee. Fun times. I had only a few bad passes and no drops. My team trailed 3-1 and 4-3 but won 5-4.
