Six miles with Paula this morning. It was colder than expected due to the humidity. Felt really good other than the right IT started bothering me with about 2 miles left.
Nine miles with the BBK's. Today was slower than I expected so I was able to keep up which was nice for a change. I would like to think I was improving but the pace does not lie.
Ran from my parents out to the Snow Canyon ranger station. I left my garmin in Salt Lake so mileage and pace is approx. It all felt harder than it should have..............
