Ran with Paula this morning. I was very afraid to go outside when I saw the temp (26 degrees) but not so bad once we were out. Hip is now more IT band which I guess is a good thing. I at least know how to deal with IT issues and I started the hip strengthing program in Running Times and stretching, foam roller and scrapping. Plan for the week is to be at 30 miles as long as I am feeling the same or better. If things worsen then I will scale back. Ave Pace 9:29 Happy Running!
