Finally able to run today and it was rough! I am very sore from yoga yesterday and it is amazing how fast you lose it. Four days in bed and two days with moderate activity and it was like I had never ran before. Went and had a massage that I scheduled a week ago and it was painful as well. He mentioned that my hip and IT were not as bad as they were earlier this summer, but overall I am in much worse shape - bummer. Ave Pace 9:37
