We have a cold front in and it was high 30's this morning. I chose to go to the Y and use the treadmill. The plan was for 12 x 400's at a pace of 1:30 - 1:45. I think the treadmills at my Y are calibrated different and are "easier" than they should be, that said, they will be my saving grace this winter. 2 mile warm up 1 & 2 @ 6:53 pace 3 - 8 @ 6:49 pace 9 & 10 @ 6:44 pace 11 & 12 @ 6:49 pace 2 mile cool down Not bad and the on's were not easy, especially the ones at 6:44 pace. But got it done and it felt good...until I had to run out to my car - FREEZING. My blood has officially thinned.
