Honolulu, HI:  Traveled out yesterday and got it later so didn't run.  It was pouring rain this morning so had to stay inside on the TM.  It is hard not to go out and run when you are out here in this beautiful area but glad to get in some miles.

Honolulu, HI:  Nice morning today so I ran out around Diamond Head.  It was great to be out and enjoy the beautiful area.  After this winter that we have had I sure appreciate running somewhere beautiful like this.  Felt good this morning but just ran easy.

Honolulu, HI: Had an early morning meeting today so didn't have much time but was glad to get in a few miles.  I ran down the canel and it was a nice morning.  Felt pretty good the whole way.
