It was very cold out today for this time of year (25) and windy. I'm not really ready for this weather so ran on the TM today. Felt good and just ran easy.

Not yet. Just trying to get back in the routine. This has been a rough year running wise. Thanks. How is everything with you? Should be a little nicer running weather this winter for you.
