Another day on the TM. Felt good today and the run seemed easy. Picked up the pace the entire way.

Nice run!!! I hate to run on the TM but sometimes the weather just forces you to luckily I get to run outside most of the time. Stay with it......

I'm not much for the TM either but have had to run on it a lot this year. The cold is not really the problem but we have had snow hanging around for the whole month and shoulder of the roads are deep where the plowed so no where to go when cars go by. Hope we get some rain tomorrow to melt it off. I would love to be able to get outside. Glad you are able to get out it makes the runs more enjoyable.
