AM met a big crew on the JRP. Did a three mile tempo from 6-8. Splits were 6:15, 6:02, 6:05. Overall avg for run was 7:01.

AM 20.25 in 2:21:50 (7:00). Started at 5:30 at Chris' house and ran with Chris, reed, and bill. Did 10 up AF canyon and back. Hit the turnaround just over 1:17:00. Did a tempo for  first 5 miles down the canyon. Didn't get splits but I think I avg between 5:30-5:40. Cooled down back to the house. Good run and felt about a hundred times better than this same run two weeks ago.
