AM 6.1 easy on the TM
AM 5.6 easy on the TM
AM 2 mile warm up and then 7 at marathon pace (7:03-7:30). Cooled down for just a bit. Did this on the TM.
AM 5.10 easy on the TM
AM 17 at 8:06 pace. Ran to mark's house and we ran about 5 together and then ran home.
