trying to work some consistency back into my running life. today's three miler was my third day in a row. last time i ran three days in a row was the end of September last year, so over six months ago. todays jog was pretty painful. i don't have a lot of natural ability but i know i can pound out consistent miles once i'm in shape. i miss my ten milers...

i consider this my first week back to running. i kept the barest of running threads going during the ski season and this week i made sure to run 5 days in a row which was challenging but i've noticed subtle improvement the last couple of days. tomorrow is closing day at Snowbasin. skiing this year has been great but it does nothing for my fitness. i guess it was better than doing nothing.
