did some MP miles today, 6 in 6:44 avg pace, most uphill and into a strong wind, so pretty good sign. I did run out of steam later (i was hoping for a little longer MP work), but I think the aforementioned hills and wind took their toll. 1:16:40, 6:58 avg pace for the 11 miles overall
