put down a pretty good little 5 miler tonight, im cutting back this week as planned...36-40 depending on how im feeling. tonight the weather was good, so i got outside and it was fun to do that. splits: 1- 6:50.8 2- 6:30.2 whoops..just happened 3- 6:58.4 4- 7:03.3 5- 6:47.6 total-- 34:10, 6:50 avg pace
