Short-Term Running Goals:
I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC. I will study Economics and go to law school.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.
Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

6 miles solo run, push ups and situps.
First day of work for the summer, back at Bill's Bike and Run.
1/2 mile warmup, 5 miles tempo pace, 1/2 mile cool down. Tough but maintainable, ~5:50-6:00 for the tempo.
6.5 miles at a moderate pace.
6 miles at moderate pace.
3 miles easy, finished as the rain started.
