1 mile easy, 1 mile at hard tempo in 5:30 to get a guage of where I am. This was pushing but not hard, could have run faster. 2 miles easy back home. All solo.
5 mile solo today with a 1 mile time trial to get a more realistic time. 2 miles, 1 mile in 5:04, then 2 miles home. Felt this one a bit. Solo and in some wind.
