3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

Race today and i was running JV. i started off at 5:45 for my first mile and wasnt looking to good. Next mile cam at 11:51 and i was starting to get into the race. Then i saw Dad on the sidelines and i started pushing i went from 16th to 8th placce in the last mile and medaled!!! i raced a solid last mile. it was a windy flat race with a plane, yes a airplane, constantly circling over head. it was very loud. My time actually put me on stop 7 on the team.
