My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
AM - 13.75 Parkway. Short walk and run with Twix. Good long run with the team with a sesh of power running mixed in. Felt pretty good. (Levitate 63.75)
AM - Long walk with the dog. Weights and abs.
afternoon - 8 Middleton. Out to Middleton and onto a trail. Still felt very hot. And I was tired. (Peg NOP 40.75)
AM - 7.5 Twix/AC. Short walk and a nice run with the dog and morning practice. Abs. (Peg green 394.5)
AM - long walk, weights, abs.
afternoon - 9 SugarHouse. Good run on the State course. (Ravenna 309.75)
morning - 3.25 Woods Cross. Ran for a little from the hotel out and back.
afternoon - 3.25 Bob Firman. Ran the course. (Ravenna 316.25)
AM - 6 Boise. Ran out and back from the hotel into downtown. (Ravenna 322.25)
