Treadmill (1%) Warmup at 7:30, then brought it down to 6:58 for the next 6. I wanted to go 10 originally today, but wife was working so I had to run on the treadmill and watch the kids. By the 7 miles both the three of them and I were ready to be done. The speed was easy and a good recovery. I want to get the mileage to hit 60 this week. W-152.5 (pre-turkey!)
