AM - 6 Twix/AC.  Didn't get quite as much with the dog again.  A bit tired from the long weekend.  And morning is still just 20 mins, so that limits the mileage.  But in reality, waking up and running at all is always a victory.  (Peg 686.75)

Hi zack, holt is up Salt Lake. Our runs are supposed to be 30 mins on TH, 3*(1000m, 400m) on F, and 45 mins on S. A few guys are gone and I'm not sure if we will meet up, but if we do i'll hit you up.
