morning - 6.25 Sego Lily.  Short walk with Twix and then a slow and slick run around Sego Lily in clockwise direction with an extension up Mt. Jordan to the park first.  Glad to be leaving the frozen north.  It was very cold (15 degrees).  Abs.  (Peg blue34 92.25)
