late-morning - 7 SLC.  Took Molly out for a couple miles and then Sego Lily reverse.  Very cold out, but you warm up a little as you go.  Plan on keeping it very light this week to see if it helps the hip out.  (Triumph silver 144.15)

Finished up Again to Carthage this weekend.  I like the book, and of course liked the running aspect.  But I kept reading to get to the running; it needed more running.  Good book, Once a Runner much better.

I felt the same way Holt. Was a bit let down, considering it took 20+ years for the sequel to come out and over half the book wasn't even about running. Guess that means that some FRB runners will have to be the ones to write the next great running novel.!

I thought he was maybe trying to write a "better novel" whatever that might mean. But, the book isn't nearly good enough to do that.. and then he leaves out his main crowd - the runners.

maybe I'll just pass on that one. I don't want to taint my view of once a runner. do you want to run on Fri and Sat?
