AM - 22.5 Fields/Harts/2xAC/laps.  Up and at 'em early to get in the long run this week.  I just tied it in with practice this morning, so I ran the fields loop from school and threw in some quicker miles from 11-14.  Then ran AC a couple times to finish it up.  Have been really working on figuring out my hydration this past month.  I think I have developed a pretty good rotation. Hip only hurt for about 50 meters when I picked up the pace at first, but nothing else throughout the whole run.  (Triumph 238.3)

afternoon - 4.5 Starbucks.  Easy run out to Starbucks.  Plenty hot.  (Five Fingers 68.6)

Sorry I didn't do a better job about joining ya. After doing a longish run on Wed, Thurs and planning one on Sat I kind of chickened out today. Just want to be safe and not sorry again.

Anyways have you ever did the loop up to Quail then under the freeway and down the church rocks trail back down to Washington fire station and then over to your house...

Lets do it one of these early mornings if ya wanna.

Dustin ad Dave just FYI we are planning on meeting at the old store or church tomorrow at 4:45 and doing 16 down the course so Logan can get to his bus for the meet. So I'm guessing you could make it Dave unless you guys are leaving earlier.

Clyde, I haven't ever looped it - but I have gone out and back on it. It is a fun trail (especially if it has rained recently!)

Oh Happy Birthday old man. Masters next year or the next? I keep forgetting. You'll have to go out this evening to finish up your own birthday challenge.

James see above for tomorrows plan if you wanna.

Happy Birthday. Good week for birthdays, mine was Wednesday and Sunny's is tomorrow.

I'll plan on being at the old store in the morning

Dustin to avoid any confusion I told Bill to be at the church... and Logan.
