0 - stood up Logan (sorry bro). My achilles has been VERY inflamed. Took yesterday off hoping I could go today. Logan and I planned a trail run up in Hop Valley that would have  have been so nice with the recent rains.  But, although it felt a little better than yesterday, I don’t think my leg would have held up. So nothing today. Swam for a bit in the afternoon. Don’t know if that is a good idea or not, but I felt like it so I did it.
